Map no. 3 · Luxembourg in particular, but not only

Have your employees been deregistered in their country of work?

We work in particular for posted and cross-border workers who have been deregistered from the social security scheme of their state of employment, notably Luxembourg, and moved to the scheme of their state of residence. Possible consequences: contribution claims, double affiliation, interrupted benefits, challenge to the posting or to an A1 certificate, reassessment.

State of residence

  • The worker's residence
  • The share of work done in the state of residence
  • Any work carried out in several states
  • Affiliation or deregistration decisions already issued

State of work

  • The actual place of work
  • The employer's situation and actual activity
  • The length and conditions of the posting
  • Declarations made to social security bodies
  • The existence, validity or withdrawal of an A1 certificate

We also handle cases involving France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and other European states, subject to review of the applicable international and European rules.

Goal: identify the social security scheme that actually applies and the steps to regularise the worker's affiliation and the employer's situation.

General figures from Regulations (EC) No 883/2004 and 987/2009 and the European framework agreement on cross-border telework. Every situation must be checked case by case.
