Are you URSSAF?
No. SOS URSSAF is an independent service of MC Consult 06 Sàrl, not affiliated with URSSAF or any public body.
Is the outcome guaranteed?
No. The outcome depends on the facts, the documents and the remedies available. The cancellation or reduction of a debt can never be guaranteed. Only our reply time is guaranteed: 48 hours.
What does the 48-hour reply contain?
We tell you clearly whether the case appears open to regularisation or challenge, which steps are possible, with which body or court, the time limits to meet, the additional documents needed and the risks of the current situation.
What if my case cannot be challenged?
We will tell you. We do not start proceedings without a clear prospect: a rigorous review avoids pointless steps.
Which documents should I send?
The main documents available: audit notice, observations letter, formal notice or enforcement order, statement of amounts claimed or paid, correspondence with social security bodies. For a posting: employment contract and amendments, payslips, A1 certificate or decision about it, affiliation or deregistration decision, proof of place of work and residence.
Are my documents confidential?
Yes. Your case is handled confidentially from first review to resolution. Your documents are used only to review your situation.
Do you work outside France?
Yes, in particular in Luxembourg, where our office is based, and also on cases involving Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and other European states, subject to the applicable rules.
