Data collected
Through the “Have your case checked” form: name, company, country, email, phone, type and date of letter, message and attachments (letters, contracts, payslips, decisions of social security bodies).
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used only to review your case and reply to you. Processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the consent you give in the form.
Recipients
MC Consult 06 Sàrl only. The form is transmitted through the forms service of Netlify, the site's host. Payment is processed by Revolut: we do not receive your card details. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Three years at most after the last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to its processing and request its portability by writing to contact@sosurssafpro.com. You may also contact the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD, Luxembourg).
